Instructions

- Stir in sour cream and flour until just combined.
- Add green food coloring to achieve desired color.
- Prepare a muffin tin with liners and fill each liner with graham cracker crumbs.
- Pour the cheesecake batter over the crust in each liner.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until set.
- Let cool and decorate with sprinkles before serving.
