- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup whipped cream
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup sugar (for coating)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Fold in the whipped cream gently until well incorporated.
- In another bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter.
- Form small balls of the cheesecake mixture and roll them in the graham cracker mixture.
- In a separate bowl, mix cinnamon and sugar for coating.
- Roll the cheesecake bites in the cinnamon sugar mixture until fully coated.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
