Description

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cream together butter and sugar in a large bowl until light and fluffy.
  3. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla.
  4. Whisk together flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt in another bowl. Gradually add to the butter mixture, mixing until well combined.
  5. Shape dough into balls and roll in a mixture of sugar and cinnamon.
  6. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are lightly golden.
