Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cream together butter and sugar in a large bowl until light and fluffy.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla.
- Whisk together flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt in another bowl. Gradually add to the butter mixture, mixing until well combined.
- Shape dough into balls and roll in a mixture of sugar and cinnamon.
- Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are lightly golden.
