Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake pan with paper liners.
- Whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Cream butter and sugar in a large bowl until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, alternating with the milk, until just combined.
- Fill cupcake liners about 2/3 full with batter.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Mix cinnamon and sugar together for the topping while cooling.
- Brush the tops of the cupcakes with melted butter and dip in cinnamon sugar mixture. Enjoy!
