- 4 medium sweet potatoes
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and scrub the sweet potatoes, then pierce them several times with a fork.
- Place the sweet potatoes on a baking sheet and bake for 45-60 minutes, or until tender.
- While the sweet potatoes are baking, mix the softened butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and salt in a bowl until well combined.
- Once the sweet potatoes are done, remove them from the oven and let them cool slightly.
- Slice the sweet potatoes open and top with the cinnamon butter mixture.
