Delicious cookies that combine the flavors of cinnamon rolls and cheesecake.

- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, beat together the cream cheese and butter until smooth.
- Add the sugar, egg, and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
- In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and ground cinnamon.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- In a small bowl, mix the brown sugar and chopped pecans (if using) to create the cinnamon roll filling.
- Drop spoonfuls of the cookie dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Make a small indentation in the center of each cookie and fill it with the cinnamon roll filling.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
- Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
