- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons milk
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, mix together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
- In another bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, sugar, brown sugar, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 60-70 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- While the bread is baking, prepare the cream cheese glaze by mixing the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and milk until smooth.
- Once the bread is done, let it cool for 10 minutes in the pan before transferring it to a wire rack.
- Drizzle the cream cheese glaze over the cooled bread before serving.
Notes
- For a stronger cinnamon flavor, add more ground cinnamon to the batter.
- This bread can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
- Feel free to add nuts or chocolate chips for extra texture.
