Ingredients

Instructions
- Combine water, 2 tablespoons of sugar, salt, and 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a saucepan. Bring to a boil.
- Remove from heat and stir in the flour until the mixture forms a ball.
- Let it cool slightly, then mix in the eggs and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Heat oil in a deep pan for frying.
- Using a pastry bag, pipe strips of dough into the hot oil. Fry until golden brown.
- Combine 1/2 cup sugar and cinnamon in a bowl, then roll the fried churros in the mixture while still warm.
