Description

A delightful dessert featuring layers of cherry filling, cream cheese, and a crunchy crust.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 1 can cherry pie filling

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix crushed graham crackers and melted butter until combined.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish to form the crust.
  4. In another bowl, beat together the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  5. Fold in the whipped topping until well combined.
  6. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the crust evenly.
  7. Top with cherry pie filling, spreading it evenly over the cream cheese layer.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
