Description

Delicious and easy-to-make sliders featuring ground turkey and melted cheese, perfect for any gathering.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • Slider buns
  • Optional toppings: lettuce, tomato, pickles

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, onion, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix until well combined and form into small patties.
  4. Place the patties on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
  5. During the last 5 minutes of baking, add cheese on top of each patty to melt.
  6. Assemble sliders by placing patties on slider buns and adding desired toppings.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy!
