Delicious and easy-to-make sliders featuring ground turkey and melted cheese, perfect for any gathering.
Ingredients

- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Slider buns
- Optional toppings: lettuce, tomato, pickles
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, onion, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined and form into small patties.
- Place the patties on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
- During the last 5 minutes of baking, add cheese on top of each patty to melt.
- Assemble sliders by placing patties on slider buns and adding desired toppings.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
