  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • Slider buns
  • Fresh spinach or lettuce for topping

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, cranberry sauce, breadcrumbs, onion, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Mix until well combined and form into small patties.
  3. Preheat a skillet over medium heat and cook the patties for about 5-6 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
  4. Assemble the sliders by placing a turkey patty on each slider bun and topping with fresh spinach or lettuce.
