Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the pie crust and fit it into a 9-inch pie dish.
- Whisk together the eggs, cream, milk, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Spread the crumbled bacon and shredded cheese evenly over the crust.
- Pour the egg mixture over the bacon and cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes until the quiche is set and a golden color.
- Let it cool slightly before slicing and serving.
Notes
Add fresh herbs or sautéed vegetables for extra flavor. Blind bake the crust to prevent sogginess.
