Description

A fun and vibrant twist on the classic deviled eggs, perfect for parties and celebrations.


Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Food coloring (various colors)
  • Vinegar

Instructions

  1. Hard boil the eggs by placing them in a pot of water and bringing it to a boil. Once boiling, cover and remove from heat, letting them sit for 12 minutes.
  2. Cool the eggs in ice water, then peel them carefully.
  3. Slice the eggs in half and remove the yolks, placing them in a bowl.
  4. Add mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper to the yolks and mix until smooth.
  5. Divide the yolk mixture into separate bowls for coloring.
  6. Add a few drops of food coloring to each bowl and mix until the desired colors are achieved.
  7. Fill the egg whites with the colored yolk mixture using a spoon or piping bag.
  8. For an extra touch, sprinkle with paprika or herbs before serving.
