Ingredients

- 6 large eggs
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Food coloring (various colors)

Instructions
- Hard boil the eggs by placing them in a pot of water and bringing it to a boil. Once boiling, cover and remove from heat, letting them sit for 12 minutes.
- Cool the eggs in ice water, then peel them carefully.
- Slice the eggs in half and remove the yolks, placing them in a bowl.
- Add mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper to the yolks and mix until smooth.
- Divide the yolk mixture into separate bowls for coloring.
- Add a few drops of food coloring to each bowl and mix until the desired colors are achieved.
- Fill the egg whites with the colored yolk mixture using a spoon or piping bag.
- For an extra touch, sprinkle with paprika or herbs before serving.
