- 2 green onions, chopped

Instructions
- In a large pot, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and grated ginger, sautéing until fragrant.
- Pour in the chicken or vegetable broth and bring to a simmer.
- Add sliced mushrooms and cook for about 5 minutes.
- Stir in the frozen potstickers and soy sauce, cooking until heated through.
- Add baby spinach and green onions, cooking until spinach is wilted.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh cilantro.
