Description

A delightful and refreshing dessert featuring a creamy pistachio filling in a graham cracker crust.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 package (3.4 oz) instant pistachio pudding mix
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 1/2 cup chopped pistachios (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into the bottom of a pie dish.
  3. Bake the crust for 8-10 minutes, then let it cool.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the pistachio pudding mix and milk until thickened.
  5. Fold in the whipped topping until well combined.
  6. Pour the pistachio mixture into the cooled crust and spread evenly.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
  8. Garnish with chopped pistachios before serving.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, use heavy cream instead of whipped topping.
