A delicious and easy recipe to recreate the famous Longhorn Parmesan Crusted Chicken at home.

- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for frying
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a shallow dish, mix together the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- In another dish, beat the eggs.
- In a third dish, combine the breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese.
- Coat each chicken breast in the flour mixture, then dip in the eggs, and finally coat with the breadcrumb and cheese mixture.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook the chicken for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
