A simple and delicious recipe to recreate the famous White Castle sliders at home.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 12 slider buns
- 12 slices of American cheese
- Pickles (optional)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix the ground beef, chopped onion, water, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Spread the mixture evenly in a greased baking dish.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 20 minutes.
- Once cooked, cut the beef into squares to fit the slider buns.
- Place a slice of cheese on each square and return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes to melt the cheese.
- Assemble the sliders by placing the beef squares on the buns and adding pickles if desired.
Notes
- For extra flavor, consider adding mustard or ketchup to the sliders.
- These sliders can be frozen and reheated for a quick meal.
