Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the sausage, cornbread stuffing mix, cheese, green onions, milk, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place the sausage balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
