- 4 cups cabbage, chopped
- 2 cups potatoes, diced

- 1 cup beef broth

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the diced onion and minced garlic, sauté until translucent.
- Add the diced potatoes and cook until they begin to soften.
- Stir in the diced corned beef and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Add the chopped cabbage and beef broth.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Cover and cook for 15 minutes, or until the cabbage is tender and everything is heated through. Serve hot.
