A delicious and healthy twist on traditional banana pudding using cottage cheese.
Ingredients

- 2 cups cottage cheese
- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, mashed bananas, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.
- Mix until well combined and smooth.
- Fold in the chopped nuts if using.
- Transfer the mixture to serving bowls or a large dish.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
