- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- Mix the cottage cheese, sugar, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract in a large bowl until well combined.
- Whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in another bowl.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, folding in the blueberries gently.
- Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let muffins cool before serving.
Notes
For a lower sugar content, use sugar substitutes like stevia or monk fruit.
