- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, milk, and olive oil.
- In another bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.
- Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let it cool before slicing.

- For a lower carb option, substitute half of the flour with almond flour.
