- 0.25 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp Greek yogurt (or cream cheese)
- 1 to taste sweetener (e.g., maple syrup)
Instructions
- Combine in a microwave-safe mug, cottage cheese, egg, almond flour, maple syrup, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, baking powder, and salt; mix until smooth.
- Mix in a small bowl 1 teaspoon of maple syrup with 0.25 teaspoon of cinnamon; dollop into the center of the batter and swirl gently.
- Microwave on high for 60 to 90 seconds until set and slightly puffed.
- Mix Greek yogurt (or cream cheese) with your chosen sweetener; spoon over the warm mug cake before serving.

For sugar substitutes, consider Stevia, monk fruit, or allulose as healthier options.
