Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Spray a 9-inch baking dish with oil.
- Blend eggs, cottage cheese, salt, and pepper in a blender or food processor until smooth.
- Stir in grated cheese and your choice of vegetables/proteins.
- Mix thoroughly and pour into the prepared baking dish.
- Bake for about 45 minutes or until the center is set and edges are golden brown.
