Instructions
- In a blender or food processor, combine the cottage cheese, peanut butter, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, cocoa powder (if using), and salt.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary.
- Transfer the mousse to serving dishes and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes
- For a vegan version, substitute cottage cheese with silken tofu.
