- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 6 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sear the chicken for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Transfer the chicken to a baking dish.
- Pour BBQ sauce over the chicken, then sprinkle with crumbled bacon and shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is bubbly.
- Let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
