- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 lb chicken breast, diced
- 1/2 cup cowboy butter
- 2 lemons, juiced and zested

Instructions
- Cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt the cowboy butter over medium heat.
- Add the diced chicken to the skillet and season with salt and pepper. Cook until the chicken is browned and cooked through.
- Add the broccoli florets to the skillet and sauté for 3-4 minutes until tender.
- Stir in the lemon juice and zest, mixing well.
- Add the cooked bowtie pasta to the skillet and toss everything together until well combined.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
