- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 can (15 oz) corn, drained
- 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 package (2.5 oz) tater tots
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked.
- Drain excess fat and stir in corn, black beans, cream of mushroom soup, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese and arrange tater tots on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the tater tots are golden brown and crispy.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Feel free to add other vegetables like bell peppers or onions for extra flavor.
- This dish can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator before baking.
