Ingredients

  • 1 can (15 oz) corn, drained
  • 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 package (2.5 oz) tater tots
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked.
  3. Drain excess fat and stir in corn, black beans, cream of mushroom soup, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  5. Top with shredded cheddar cheese and arrange tater tots on top.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the tater tots are golden brown and crispy.
  7. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
