- 1 can (15 oz) black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 cup diced tomatoes with green chilies
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the corn, black beans, and diced tomatoes.
- Add the sour cream, mayonnaise, and shredded cheddar cheese to the bowl.
- Sprinkle in the garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Mix all the ingredients until well combined.
- Transfer the dip to a serving dish and garnish with chopped green onions.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Serve with tortilla chips, crackers, or fresh vegetables.
- This dip can be made a day in advance for better flavor.
