- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes with green chilies
- 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup corn, frozen or canned
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1/2 cup diced bell pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp chili powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked.
- Add the diced onion and bell pepper to the skillet and sauté until softened.
- Stir in the diced tomatoes, black beans, corn, garlic powder, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
- Reduce heat to low and add the cream cheese, stirring until melted and combined.
- Gradually add the shredded cheddar cheese, stirring until fully melted and creamy.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips or fresh vegetables.
Notes
- For a spicier dip, add jalapeños or hot sauce.
- This dip can be made in a slow cooker for easy serving.
