- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp sage, dried
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg

- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat a bit of olive oil over medium heat and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant.
- Add the pumpkin puree, heavy cream, sage, nutmeg, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Stir to combine and let simmer for about 5 minutes.
