A creamy and delicious dip inspired by the classic crab rangoon appetizer.

- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup crab meat, shredded
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
- Add the crab meat, green onions, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, and mix well.
- Stir in the mozzarella and cheddar cheese, and season with salt and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the dip is bubbly and golden on top.
- Serve warm with crackers or tortilla chips.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add some hot sauce to the mixture.
- This dip can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator before baking.
- Feel free to substitute imitation crab for a more budget-friendly option.
