  • 1 cup crab meat
  • 1 cup shrimp, peeled and chopped
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine crab meat, chopped shrimp, cream cheese, breadcrumbs, parsley, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Carefully cut a pocket in each salmon fillet.
  4. Stuff each fillet with the crab and shrimp mixture.
  5. Place the stuffed salmon in a baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through.
