Ingredients

- 4 salmon fillets
- 1 cup crab meat
- 1 cup shrimp, peeled and chopped
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, combine crab meat, chopped shrimp, cream cheese, breadcrumbs, parsley, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Carefully cut a pocket in each salmon fillet.
- Stuff each fillet with the crab and shrimp mixture.
- Place the stuffed salmon in a baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through.
- Serve hot and enjoy!

- For added flavor, consider adding Old Bay seasoning to the stuffing.
