Ingredients

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  3. Add the onion and celery, and sauté until softened.
  4. In a large bowl, combine the bread cubes, apples, cranberries, sage, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  5. Pour the sautéed vegetables and melted butter over the bread mixture.
  6. Add the vegetable broth gradually, mixing until the bread is moistened.
  7. Transfer the stuffing to a greased baking dish.
  8. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
