Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries, chopped
  • 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and shredded cheddar cheese until well blended.
  2. Add the chopped cranberries, pecans, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
  3. Shape the mixture into a ball and wrap it in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to firm up.
  4. Once chilled, remove the cheese ball from the wrap and roll it in additional chopped pecans to coat the outside.
  5. Serve with crackers or fresh vegetables for dipping.
