- 8 oz feta cheese
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 1/2 cup cranberries (fresh or dried)
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup walnuts (chopped)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a food processor, combine feta cheese and cream cheese until smooth.
- Add cranberries, honey, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Blend until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a serving bowl and top with chopped walnuts.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
- Serve with crackers, bread, or fresh vegetables.
Notes
- This dip can be made a day in advance for better flavor.
- Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less honey based on your preference.
