- 2 cans of corn, drained
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and melted butter until smooth.
- Add the drained corn, cheddar cheese, green onions, salt, and pepper to the mixture and stir until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbly and golden on top.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- For a spicier version, add diced jalapeños.
- This casserole can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator before baking.
