Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix the milk, cream cheese, and eggs until smooth.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients, stirring until just mixed.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add butter or oil.
- Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake.
- Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.
- Serve warm with additional berry jam on top.
