Ingredients

  • 1 pound sausage
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced green onions
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, cook the sausage over medium heat until browned and fully cooked.
  2. Drain excess fat and reduce heat to low.
  3. Add cream cheese, cheddar cheese, sour cream, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the skillet.
  4. Stir until the cheeses are melted and the mixture is well combined.
  5. Serve warm with tortilla chips or crackers.
