Description

  • 1 small head of cabbage, chopped

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté the garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add the chopped cabbage to the skillet and cook until tender.
  4. Stir in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  5. Add the Parmesan cheese and stir until melted and combined.

  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
