A delicious and easy recipe for a creamy beef chop and potato casserole that is perfect for family dinners.

- 1 lb beef chops
- 4 medium potatoes, sliced
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup milk
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, brown the beef chops on both sides.
- In a baking dish, layer the sliced potatoes and chopped onion.
- Place the browned beef chops on top of the potatoes.
- In a bowl, mix the cream of mushroom soup and milk, then pour over the beef and potatoes.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
- Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
Notes
- For a spicier version, add some diced jalapeños.
- Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
