- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a saucepan, heat the beer over medium heat until it begins to simmer.
- Reduce the heat and add the cream cheese, stirring until melted and smooth.
- Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese gradually until fully melted.
- Add the Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper, mixing well.
- Continue to cook for a few more minutes until the sauce is creamy and heated through.
- Serve warm with pretzels, chips, or vegetables for dipping.
