A delicious and creamy pasta bake infused with the spicy flavors of buffalo chicken.
Ingredients

- 8 oz penne pasta
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large bowl, mix the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, ranch dressing, garlic powder, and half of the cheddar cheese until well combined.
- Add the cooked pasta to the mixture and stir until evenly coated.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and top with the remaining cheddar cheese and chopped green onions.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- For extra heat, add more buffalo sauce to taste.
- This dish can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator before baking.
- Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
