- 12 ounces pasta (your choice)
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved
- 8 ounces fresh mozzarella, cubed
- 1 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
- ½ cup Greek yogurt
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
- Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside to cool.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooled pasta, halved cherry tomatoes, cubed mozzarella, and chopped basil leaves.
- In another bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, balsamic vinegar, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and gently toss until everything is well coated.
- Taste and adjust the seasoning with more salt and pepper if needed.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
