Description

A warm and comforting soup perfect for winter, combining creamy macaroni and cheese with tender chicken.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups cooked macaroni
  • 1 lb cooked chicken, shredded
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 1/2 cup diced carrots
  • 1/2 cup diced celery
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. In a large pot, sauté onions, carrots, celery, and garlic until softened.
  2. Add the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  3. Stir in the cooked macaroni and shredded chicken.
  4. Reduce heat and add milk, cream cheese, and cheddar cheese, stirring until melted and creamy.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy!
