  • 1 cup cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, uncooked rice, chicken broth, cream of chicken soup, frozen mixed vegetables, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  4. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes.
  5. Remove the foil, sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top, and bake for an additional 15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
