Ingredients

- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 1 cup sponge cake, cubed
- 1/2 cup custard
- Mint leaves for garnish
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
- In serving glasses, layer the sponge cake cubes at the bottom.
- Add a layer of custard over the sponge cake.
- Next, add a layer of mixed berries.
- Repeat the layers until the glasses are filled, finishing with whipped cream on top.
- Garnish with mint leaves and additional berries.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.

- For a non-dairy version, substitute heavy cream with coconut cream.
