Ingredients

  • 1 can of whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 package of Jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 1 cup of sour cream
  • 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup of melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the creamed corn, whole kernel corn, Jiffy corn muffin mix, sour cream, cheddar cheese, and melted butter.
  3. Mix until well combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is set.
  6. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
