Ingredients

  • 1 package (8.5 oz) cornbread mix
  • 1 can (15 oz) creamed corn
  • 1 can (15 oz) whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cornbread mix, creamed corn, whole kernel corn, sour cream, and melted butter.
  3. Stir until well combined.
  4. Fold in the shredded cheddar cheese and green onions if using.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  7. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
