- 1 package (8.5 oz) cornbread mix
- 1 can (15 oz) creamed corn
- 1 can (15 oz) whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cornbread mix, creamed corn, whole kernel corn, sour cream, and melted butter.
- Stir until well combined.
- Fold in the shredded cheddar cheese and green onions if using.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- This casserole can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator before baking.
- Feel free to add cooked bacon or jalapeños for extra flavor.
