Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot.

  5. Remove the chicken and shred it with two forks.

  7. Add the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, stirring to combine.
  8. Add the tortellini and cook for an additional 30 minutes on low, or until the tortellini is cooked.
  9. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
